How to use the search and filters
There are different ways to access the content of the Knowledge Database.
Use the column on the left to filter topics and tools according to your interest. Or try out the search function by typing key words!
Through Schema descriptions
By unselecting all the filters the KD shows short descriptions of the collaborative Schemas were the different Methods, Tools and Case Studies are linked. By clicking on a specific Schema, its description is shown, and on the right column the related information about Methods and Case Studies linked to this Schema is shown.
Through text Search
A text search can be used to search among the different Methods, Tools and Case Studies.
Through Filters
A filter function can be used to show only entries related to selected items:
- Schema: Shows Case Studies and Methods related to selected schema(s). Also Tools related to the Methods shown are displayed.
- Stakeholders: Shows entries which have the specified type of stakeholders.
Filters can be combined to narrow the results. They can be also combined with a text search.
Results
Results are shown in three tabs, corresponding to the three types of entries in the KD, Methods, Case Studies and Tools, so selecting one of the tabs shows only the corresponding results for that type.
Links
Each type of entry in the KD is linked to other types. When showing the details of an entry, be it a Method, a Tool or a Case Study, links to related entries are shown in the rightmost column.
